Legal Troubles Mount for Cheyenne Men Caught With Fentanyl
Two Cheyenne men with wrap sheets a mile long are in deep trouble after reportedly getting caught with fentanyl.
According to booking sheets, a Laramie County Sheriff's deputy arrested 35-year-old Ronnie Caleb Galyon and 37-year-old Drew Allen Moore in the 100 block of East Wallick Road at 11:40 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15.
It's alleged that on or about Friday, Nov. 14, the two possessed a substantial amount of fentanyl.
Galyon was also arrested on two warrants for failure to appear for a status hearing on Oct. 29, 2024.
The two were booked into the Laramie County Detention Center.
Galyon was subsequently charged with conspiracy to deliver fentanyl and possession with intent to deliver, both felonies punishable by up to 20 years in prison, up to a $25,000 fine, or both.
Moore was subsequently charged with felony possession of fentanyl, a crime punishable by up to seven years in prison, up to a $15,000 fine, or both; taking a controlled substance into jail, a felony punishable by up to three years in prison, up to a $3,000 fine, or both; and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, a crime punishable by up to one year in jail, up to a $1,000 fine, or both.

Initial Court Appearances
On Wednesday, Nov. 19, Galyon and Moore appeared in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on their charges.
Williams appointed the men public defenders and set their preliminary hearings for Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 3 p.m. Galyon's status hearing was also set for the same time.
$50K Cash Bonds
Due to concerns about the men's criminal histories, their willingness and ability to comply with court orders, and the safety of the community, Williams set their bonds at $50,000 cash.
