Laramie County Sheriff, County Coroner, Working To Identify Dead Body

The Laramie County Coroner and Laramie County Sheriff's Office are working to identify a dead body found in a building in the 8800 block of Happy Jack Road on Wednesday evening.

That's according to a release from the Laramie County Sheriff's Office spokesman, Perry Rockvam. According to the release, the remains were skeletal, indicating the person had been dead for some time.

Due to the condition of the remains, it may take several months to identify the person.

Investigators See No Indication Of Foul Play

The release says there is no indication of foul play or any ongoing safety threat to the community.

Rockvam says no more information will be released right now, but adds that more information will be made public once the person is identified and the family has been notified.
