Miles Porwoll is the LCSD#1 Student of the Week

McCormick Junior High eighth-grader Miles Porwoll has been named the Laramie County School District#1 Student of the Week for the week of November 25.

In an announcement, LCSD#1 said that according to members of the nominating committee, Porwoll is an outstanding student and individual. He is hardworking, caring and exhibits leadership daily. He is motivated to do the best at everything that he tries and sets high expectations for himself.

McCormick teachers said Porwoll works hard in the classroom, is reliable, and is a role model among his peers. He is a leader in the building and can bring other students together.
