Cheyenne Man Accused of Pointing Gun at Female Through Her Window
A 34-year-old Cheyenne man is behind bars after allegedly pointing a gun at a female through her window.
According to a booking sheet, a deputy with the Laramie County Sheriff's Office was called to an assault with a gun at 1805 S. Greeley Hwy. #12 early Sunday morning, March 3.
The deputy says the suspect, Won Buchanan, was not on the scene when he arrived.
Through his investigation, the deputy determined Buchanan pointed what the victim believed was a firearm at her through her living room window.
Buchanan was arrested at 3:11 a.m. after returning to the scene.
He was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center for aggravated assault and battery - threatens to use a drawn deadly weapon, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
As of 1:20 p.m. Monday, he had yet to be formally charged.
