Cheyenne Police Nab Man Wanted on Felony Warrant

A 36-year-old Cheyenne transient being sought on a felony warrant is now behind bars.

According to a booking sheet, police received information on Tuesday, April 16 that a possible top 10 wanted person may be located at the Motel 6 at 1735 Westland Rd. in a room that they had no right to be in.

Tip Leads to Wanted Cheyenne Transient's Arrest

Police say Ronald Jerome McNeill Jr. opened the door and they explained he was not welcome in the room.

Police say when they ran McNeill's name, he came back with a Laramie County District Court warrant for failure to comply with original charges of felony theft and forgery.

Judge Catherine Rogers signed the warrant on April 2, 2024.
