Cheyenne Police Nab Wanted Fugitive
A 36-year-old Cheyenne transient is back in jail after being picked up on a nationwide extraditable warrant.
According to a booking sheet, police contacted Ronald Jerome McNeill Jr. walking in the middle of the street in the 900 block of West Lincolnway at 1:27 a.m. on Friday, June 7.
Cheyenne Transient With Nationwide Extraditable Warrant Arrested
Police say McNeill had a confirmed nationwide extraditable warrant out of Colorado for failure to appear on an original charge of illegal use of credit cards.
McNeill was arrested and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center where he was booked on the warrant.
McNeill was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court on Tuesday morning, June 11, and signed a waiver of extradition, meaning he's agreed to be transported to Colorado without putting up a legal fight.
