
$10K Cash Bond Set for Cheyenne Man Charged in Strangulation Case
A 29-year-old Cheyenne man is being held on a $10,000 cash bond after allegedly strangling his girlfriend.
Domestic Physical Leads to Felony Arrest
According to a booking sheet, Moises Michael Garcia was arrested early Tuesday morning, March 25, after police were called to a domestic physical involving him and his girlfriend.
Police say Garcia had to be placed in the WRAP due to his actions and behavior.

Garcia Hit With Felony Charge, 3 Misdemeanors
Garcia was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with strangulation of a household member, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
He was also charged with three misdemeanors, including domestic battery, property destruction, and interference with a peace officer - no injury.
Bond Set at $10K Cash
Garcia made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court the following morning, March 26, during which his bond was set at $10,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, April 2, at 9:30 a.m.
