Cheyenne Man Charged After Police Find Meth, Pills
A 43-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after police say they caught him with drugs.
According to a booking sheet, police contacted Lance Lee Gibson at East 8th Street and Adams Avenue at 3:39 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
Police say Gibson became uncooperative and was taken to the ground and arrested.
"Methamphetamine and pills were collected from the scene," the booking sheet reads.
Gibson Charged With Drug Possession
Gibson was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and later charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance in pill or capsule form.
Gibson made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Thursday, Sept. 19, during which his bond was set at $1,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday, Sept. 30 at 9:30 a.m.
