UPDATE: Search Warrant Leads to 2 Arrests, Cheyenne Police Say

The Cheyenne Police Department is asking the public to avoid the 2400 block of East 11th Street.

The department in a Facebook post published at 10:22 a.m. said it was currently serving a search warrant.

Heavy Police Presence

"There is an heavy police presence in the area," the post reads. "For everyone’s safety, we’re asking the public to stay clear of location."

UPDATE:

The Cheyenne Police Department at 12:10 p.m. updated its Facebook post, saying two suspects had been taken into custody.

"The area has being cleared - we do not believe there is a threat to public safety," the update reads. "An additional update with suspect information will be provided."
