Wyoming federal judges recently sentenced eight men for child pornography, possession of ammunition and firearms, abusive sexual contact, drugs and illegal alien crimes, according to the Wyoming U.S. Attorney's Office.

Chief U.S. District Court Judge Scott Skavdahl sentenced Ryder Storm Jenkins, 19, of Riverton to one year, 11 months of imprisonment to be followed by three years of probation for two counts of assaulting and resisting persons assisting federal law enforcement officers. Jenkins also was ordered to pay $2,353.89 in restitution. He was arrested in Casper.

The Natrona County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals Service investigated this case.

Skavdahl sentenced Dillon Kenneth Wicks, 26, of Riverton to five years imprisonment to be followed by 10 years of probation for distribution of child pornography. Wicks also was ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigated this case.

Skavdahl sentenced Paul W. Wills, 33, of Mesquite, Texas, to one year, one day imprisonment to be followed by five years of probation for abusive sexual contact. Wills was arrested in Bozeman, Mont.

The National Park Service investigated this case.

Skavdahl also sentenced Carl Lewis Ross, 34, with an unknown residence, to six years, six months imprisonment to be followed by four years of probation for distribution of methamphetamine. He also was ordered to pay $400 in restitution. Ross was arrested in Campbell County.

The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation investigated this case.

U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal sentenced Terrance Fonder, 46, of Benton Harbor, Mich., to one year, one day to be followed by three years of probation for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Fonder was arrested in Spokane, Wash.

The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives investigated this case.

Freudenthal sentenced James Christopher Wynia, 25, of Greybull to five years of imprisonment to be followed by five years of probation for transportation of child pornography.

The Wyoming DCI and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigated this case.

Freudenthal sentenced Christopher Perfect [also known as Christopher Star Perfect and Chris Johnson), 38, of Yucca Valley, Calif. to five years, 10 months of imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release for being a felon in possession of ammunition and fugitive in possession of ammunition. He also was ordered to pay a $500 fine. Perfect was arrested in Fresno, Calif.

The Buffalo Police Department, Johnson County Sheriff’s Office and the ATF investigated this case.

Freudenthal also sentenced Luis Fernando Munos-Rivera, 30, to time served plus 10 days to allow for deportation proceedings for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Munos-Rivera was arrested in Casper.
