Two Arrested in Cheyenne Drug Raid After Monthslong Investigation
Two Cheyenne men are behind bars after a monthslong investigation headed by the Cheyenne Police Department's Community Action Team led to the seizure of a felony amount of drugs.
Monthslong Investigation
According to police spokeswoman Alex Farkas-Schulz, in November 2025, it was determined that fentanyl pills and methamphetamine were being distributed from a home in the 2400 block of East 11th Street.
Farkas-Shulz says detectives applied for and obtained a search warrant and had probable cause to arrest two of the residents, 33-year-old Travis Fauque and 39-year-old Terell Royal.

Warrant Service
On Thursday, Feb. 5, at about 10 a.m., members of the CPD/Laramie County Sheriff's Office Joint SWAT Team served the search warrant.

"Upon arrival at the residence, the team made multiple announcements, commanding the occupants to exit," said Farkas-Schulz. "Nine individuals, including Royal, complied and exited the home. Fauque refused and hid inside the attic."
Farkas-Schulz says officers deployed a variety of non-lethal tools, including CS gas, in an attempt to safely remove Fauque from the home, and, at 12:06 p.m., he finally came down from the attic and surrendered.
Fentanyl, Meth Found
"During the search of the house, officers discovered a felony amount of fentanyl pills and methamphetamine," said Farkas-Schulz.
2 Arrested
Farkas-Schulz says Fauque was arrested for interference, felony possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl, and felony theft; and Royal was arrested for the sale and delivery of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl.
She says the warrant service was preplanned and extra precautions were taken to ensure the safety of everyone in the area.
