Two Arrested for Vehicle Theft, Smoking Meth

Two people were arrested Saturday after Cheyenne Police found them in possession of a stolen vehicle.

Officer Dan Long says police were called to the Big Horn Motel at 2004 East Lincolnway around 2 p.m.

"Through the investigation they found out the vehicle was stolen," said Long. "They arrested two individuals for stolen property as well as being under the influence of a controlled substance."

45-year-old Thomas Hinds of Cheyenne and 42-year-old Danielle Romero of Denver were booked into the Laramie County Detention Center.

The two face up to ten years in prison if convicted.
