The recount leaves the proposition passing by just over 100 votes.

Local businesses will start collecting the tax in October if any of the proposed projects are approved by voters.

Election day is May 2.

If voters approve any of the projects on the 2017 sixth-penny ballot, local businesses will begin collecting the tax again on October 1.
