Laramie County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Information in Shooting
The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding whoever fired multiple shots into a trailer home and car in south Cheyenne last month.
Lt. Don Hollingshead says deputies were called to a trailer park in the 1400 block of South Greeley Highway shortly after midnight on February 27.
"Several rounds were fired into a vehicle parked in front of one of the trailers as well as several shots entering one trailer specifically and then passing through into another trailer as well," said Hollingshead.
"We believe (the bullets) may have been intended for the space next door," he added.
Hollingshead says a black Saturn Ion was seen leaving the area just after the shots were fired.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
