UPDATE: Cheyenne Police have identified the suspect who was arrested on Thursday in what police called a "high risk warrant" service

CPD posted the following on Facebook:

The suspect is 40-year-old Anthony Bryant. He was wanted out of Colorado for a parole violation related to a domestic battery case and is listed as a violent sexual predator. Due to his history, SWAT worked alongside the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force to plan the warrant service and ensure it was resolved safely.
The team contacted Bryant outside of the residence, where he surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.

High Risk Warrant Arrest Made

That's according to a post on the Cheyenne Police Department Facebook page. The post says there was a "large law enforcement presence" in conjunction with the service of what the post calls a "high-risk warrant."

The post did not immediately identify the man arrested, but says "an update with suspect information will be provided."

The arrest went off without incident, according to the post. The area was cleared, and CPD says there is no safety threat to the public.
