A 20-year-old Cheyenne man is being held on a $10,000 cash bond after being charged with three counts of aggravated assault.

Wanted Cheyenne Man Arrested at Work

According to a booking sheet, Xavier Paul Dominguez was arrested at the Lowe’s Distribution Center at 2723 Christensen Rd. at 6:38 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, after police were called to his work for a wanted person.

Police say Dominguez had a warrant out of Laramie County for one count of aggravated assault and battery - causes or attempts to cause serious bodily injury and two counts of aggravated assault and battery - threatens to use a drawn deadly weapon.

Each count is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Circuit Court Judge Sean C. Chambers signed the warrant on Feb. 18.

Dominguez was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant.

Bond Set at $10K Cash

On Monday, March 3, Dominguez was seen in Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood on the charges.

Forwood set his bond at $10,000 cash, and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday, March 10, at 10:30 a.m.
