
Cheyenne Transient Charged With Burglary After Caught Trespassing
A 41-year-old Cheyenne transient is facing a felony charge after allegedly committing burglary.
Trespass/Unwanted Person Call Leads to Wanted Man's Arrest, Burglary Charge
According to a booking sheet, Mark Jaikaran was arrested at the Walmart at 580 Livingston Ave. at 4 p.m. on Friday, April 18, after police were called to the store for a trespass/unwanted person.

Police say when they ran Jaikaran's name, they discovered he had a warrant out of Municipal Court for failure to appear on original charges of disturbance of the peace and disturbance of property and two counts of shoplifting under $100.
Jaikaran was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant, and subsequently charged with burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
Bond Set at $3K Cash
On Monday, April 21, Jaikaran was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court on the burglary charge.
His bond was set at $3,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, April 30, at 2 p.m.
