Cheyenne Transient Charged With Burglary
A 42-year-old Cheyenne transient is facing a felony charge after police say he was caught on camera committing burglary.
According to a booking sheet, Nathan Bedford Reilly was arrested at the Depot Plaza at Capitol Avenue and West Lincolnway at 7:55 a.m. on July 3, 2024.
Caught on Camera
Police say Reilly was observed on surveillance video as the suspect in a burglary investigation.
Reilly was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
Reilly made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on July 5, 2024.
His bond was set at $5,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 12, 2024, at 9:45 a.m.
