Cheyenne Man Accused of Punching Male, Spitting in Cop’s Face
A 34-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after reportedly spitting in a police officer's face.
According to a booking sheet, on Friday, June 6, at 9:33 p.m., police contacted a male who told them that a transient, later identified as Sergio Anthony Perez, walked up to him and punched him in the face.
Police say the victim's prescription glasses were broke when he was punched.

While police were attempting to place Perez under arrest, he reportedly resisted officers, fighting with them, and then spit in an officer's face.
Perez was reportedly placed in the WRAP and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center.
