Police say Philip Edward Morgans was in the backyard holding a rubber mallet when they showed up.

Morgans then reportedly entered the home and was ordered to drop the mallet, which he did.

He was then reportedly given multiple orders to get onto the ground and onto his stomach, which he eventually complied with, handcuffed, and placed in the back of a patrol vehicle.

Police say the caller told them that Morgans had been hitting the two doors to her bedroom, which she had locked herself into due to Morgans' behavior.

She said Morgans was yelling that she had to leave the home or sleep with him.
