
Cheyenne Woman Arrested on Felony Warrant, Bonds Out 2 Days Later
A 52-year-old Cheyenne woman accused of forgery and shoplifting is out on bond after being picked up on a felony warrant.

According to a booking sheet, Cynthia Grace Farmer was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, after police spotted her driving next to them and, knowing she had a felony warrant, pulled her over at Campbell Avenue and East 15th Street.

Police say the warrant was for felony forgery - utter, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both, and misdemeanor theft.
Laramie County Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Williams signed the warrant on March 14, 2025.
Farmer was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center without incident, where she was booked on her warrant.
Farmer Posts $2.5K Cash Bond
On Monday, April 7, Farmer was seen in Circuit Court on the charges.
Her bond was set at $2,500 cash, which she posted later that day, and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, at 3 p.m.
