The deputy said when he went up the stairs to contact Presbury, she left in a white sedan, but he was able to find the vehicle in the 1600 block of Central Avenue and pulled her over.
The deputy says Presbury had a warrant for felony theft, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Williams signed the warrant on Aug. 1, 2024.
Presbury was arrested and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center without issue, where she was booked on her warrant.
She was seen in Circuit Court on Aug. 12, 2024, during which her bond was set at $2,000 cash and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for Aug. 19, 2024, at 10 a.m.
Please remember that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
