Man Drove With Female Hanging From Window, Laramie County Deputy Says
A 44-year-old Greeley, Colorado man is facing a felony charge after allegedly driving through Cheyenne with a female hanging from his window.
According to a booking sheet, it all started around 12:20 a.m. on July 8, 2024, after a deputy with the Laramie County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a report of a female screaming to call the cops.
The deputy says when he arrived at the scene, he spoke with Alberto Carrasco Sanchez and obtained probable cause to believe Carrasco Sanchez rolled the driver's side window up on his pickup while the female had her arm in the window, preventing her from getting away, then drove with her hanging on the outside.
