Bond Set at $10K Cash for Cheyenne Man Accused of Assaulting Pregnant Woman
A 33-year-old Cheyenne man is being held on a $10,000 cash bond after allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman.
According to a booking sheet, police arrested Bryan O'Neal Cunningham at 1700 Westland Rd. #223 at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 20.

Cunningham was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with aggravated assault and battery against a pregnant woman and strangulation of a household member - applying pressure on the throat or neck, both felonies punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Initial Court Appearance
On Tuesday, June 24, Cunningham was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on the charges.
Due to Cunningham's history of violent offenses, a robbery from 2011 as well as another aggravated assault from 2021, and domestic-related charges from the past five years which were dismissed due to the victim's non-cooperation, the state requested a $7,500 cash bond.
Williams then set his bond at $10,000 cash.
Cunningham's next court date will be a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, July 2, at 3:45 p.m.
Please remember that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
