Cheyenne Police Still Searching for Runaway Teen

Cheyenne police continue to search for 14-year-old Lita King.

Officer Kevin Malatesta says King ran away from Central High School at 9:30 a.m. Monday.

"As some in the community may know already, this isn't the first time we've been looking for Lita King," said Malatesta. "She has been a runaway in the past."

"So we're not looking at her as an endangered juvenile, we're looking at this as a runaway situation," he added.

King is described as being 5-foot-4 and around 170 pounds. She has brown eyes and had brown hair at the time she ran away.
