Cheyenne Police Seek Identity of Suspected Bicycle Thief [PHOTOS]

Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in identifying a person suspected of stealing a bicycle.

Police say a local bicycle pro spotted the person riding a stolen bicycle on May 7 and confronted them, but the person dropped the bike and took off.
