Cheyenne Police Seek Help to Identify Coat Thief
The Cheyenne Police Department is seeking help from the public in identifying a man sought in a shoplifting case.
Police say the man stole a $44.99 coat from Target around 9:55 p.m. on Aug. 30.
The man fled in a silver 2005 Honda Accord with Colorado license plates OEW-320.
