Cheyenne Police Release Video of Shots Fired Incident, Seek Info.
Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help with their investigation into a shots fired incident that occurred earlier this month.
Public Information Officer Alex Farkas says it happened at 6:15 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, in the 1600 block of Crook Avenue, just north of the Walgreens on East Lincolnway.
The department in a Facebook post on Thursday afternoon released security camera footage (see below) showing what appears to be a light-colored, 2011-2014 Dodge Charger drive past a home, turn its headlights off, and continue south on Crook Avenue.
A few minutes later, the car returns, and three shots are fired from the front passenger window.
Farkas says thankfully, no injuries were reported.
Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the Detective Bureau at 307-637-6513.
