The Cheyenne Police Department has released a photo believed to be that of a vehicle that caused $30,000 worth of damage at Cheyenne South High School on Christmas evening.

The vehicle, described by police as a maroon SUV, lost control and crashed into an electric box at the school. Police say the SUV and several other vehicles were seen driving carelessly and intentionally sliding in the snow at the high school parking lot around 6:15 p.m.

Anyone with information on the suspect vehicle or any other vehicle at the school during the time of the crash is being asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at 638-TIPS.

You can also give information online. Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
