Cheyenne Police Need Help Running Down Shoe Thief [PHOTOS]

Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who stole a pair of shoes from Shoe Carnival.

Officer Kevin Malatesta says the man, who's believed to have tattoos on his neck, was observed stealing a $55 pair of shoes on Jan. 15.

Anyone who recognizes the man or knows his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS.

Callers will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
