A Cheyenne transient is behind bars after police caught him behind Sportsman's Warehouse early this (Tuesday) morning with a crowbar as well as wire and bolt cutters.

Cheyenne Police Department spokesman Officer Dan Long says officers were called to the area around 4:30 a.m. after they received a report that a man was using a crowbar to pry open one of the truck entrances in the back of the building.

"Officers arrived on scene and found Zachary Munoz, 25, of Cheyenne," said Long. "He was behind the building and they found him in possession of burglar tools."

Munoz was arrested and booked into the Laramie County Jail on a charge of possession of burglary tools.
