Cheyenne Police Looking to Identify Cell Phone Thief

Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who they say stole over $400 worth of cell phones from Target.

Police say the man entered the store on Feb. 15 and used a cutting tool to take a $129.99 Motorola phone.

He returned to the store on Feb. 19, this time taking a Motorola G6 valued at $199.99 and a Blu C6 valued at $99.99.

On both occasions, the man left in a dark-colored SUV.
