UPDATE: The accident alert for Cheyenne has been lifted.
Cheyenne Police have issued an accident alert due to the winter storm which has hit the area.
The CPD posted the following on its Facebook page:
Due to a high number of vehicle accidents related to icy road conditions, we are currently on accident alert.
This means if you're involved in a non-injury, non-alcohol/drug-related crash, please exchange information and report online: cheyennepd.org/report-accident
