
Cheyenne Woman Surrenders After Months on ‘Most Wanted’ List
After nearly four months on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list, a 41-year-old Cheyenne woman has turned herself in.
According to a booking sheet, on Saturday, Jan. 3, Jennifer Ann Hood turned herself in at the Laramie County Detention Center on a felony warrant out of Laramie County District Court for failure to appear with an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.
Hood also reportedly had a warrant out of Cheyenne Municipal Court for failure to appear with original charges of shoplifting - greater than $100, careless driving, driving under cancellation, DUI - first in 10 years, and possession of a controlled substance.
Judge David Singleton reportedly signed the warrant on July 17, 2024.
Hood had been on the list since Sept. 8, 2025.
8 Fugitives Still on the Run
The sheriff's office is still looking for these eight most wanted fugitives:
Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Desiree Delaney, who was added to the list on Jan. 8, 2025.
Jane Felicia, who was added to the list on July 28, 2025.
Joshua Bumford, who was added to the list on Sept. 8, 2025.
And Samuel Acker, Mikeal Barge, Ashley Bennett, and Jessey Smith, who were added to the list on Dec. 11, 2025.
