
Cheyenne Man Captured Just 90 Minutes After Being Added to ‘Most Wanted’ List
One of the three new fugitives who were added to the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list on Monday afternoon has been captured.
According to a booking sheet, 25-year-old Cheyenne resident James Joseph Martinez was taken into custody at 1:55 p.m., roughly 90 minutes after the office in a Facebook post announced they were looking for him.

The arresting sheriff's detective says Martinez had several warrants, including one for felony property destruction, domestic battery, and interference with an emergency call.
Martinez was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrants without issue.
Martinez is scheduled to appear before Laramie County Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Williams tomorrow, Sept. 10, at 10:15 a.m.

Deputies are still looking for these nine most wanted fugitives:
Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Angel King, who was added to the list on Nov. 19, 2024.
Desiree Delaney, who was added to the list on Jan. 8.
Domonique Hernandez-Walker, who was added to the list on June 16.
Jane Felicia, Mellisa Henderson, and Marissa Hunt, who were added to the list on July 28.
And Joshua Bumford and Jennifer Hood, who were added to the list on Sept. 8.
