Cheyenne Man With Multiple Warrants Allegedly Caught With Drugs
A wanted Cheyenne man is behind bars after police reportedly caught him with drugs.
According to a booking sheet, police arrested 31-year-old Alexander Keith Parish at 1735 Westland Rd. at 12:05 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17.
3 Warrants
Parish was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on three warrants, including a felony warrant out of Laramie County District Court for failure to comply with an original charge of possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense; a misdemeanor warrant out of Laramie County Circuit Court for failure to appear for an arraignment on Nov. 20, 2025, with original charges of possession of powder and criminal trespass; and a misdemeanor warrant out of Natrona County with an original charge of contempt of court.
Parish was also booked on three misdemeanors, including possess/use drugs; giving false identity; and driving under cancelled, suspended, or revoked license - first offense.
Circuit Court Appearance
On Tuesday, Jan. 20, Parish was seen in Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on his failure to appear warrant.
Williams appointed Parish a public defender and set his arraignment for Monday, March 2, at 9:30 a.m.

Williams then asked for the state's position regarding bond.
"The state would recommend $5,000 cash, your honor," the state said.
Bond Set at $5K Cash
"Your bond is $5,000 cash," Williams told Parish. "The court is basing that on your previous criminal contact with this court, and then it looks like you have all sorts of issues going on in District Court as well. So, if you post that, I'll set your bond conditions."
Please remember that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
