If you attended Cheyenne East High School in the early 2000s, you may remember Blair Wagner. These days, the former Thunderbird is a strength and conditioning coach with the Los Angeles Rams.

Following high school, Blair studied Kinesiology at the University of Wyoming. From there, he moved to South Carolina, earned his Master's Degree, and worked as strength and conditioning coach for the College of Charleston and The Citadel.

In 2009, Wagner was named the Head Sports Performance Coach at Eastern Michigan University. After four years at EMU, he served as a Human Performance Specialist for the United States Army's Green Beret Special Forces Group.

He returned to collegiate athletics in 2015 at the University of Washington and spent one season as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Seattle Storm of the WNBA.

Wagner's first season in the NFL has been successful. Since joining Los Angeles, the Rams have gone from one of the worst records in football to first place in the NFC West.
