The two allegedly broke a window to gain entry into the apartment, resulting in $1900 worth of damage.

Nace and Peterson were booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and each subsequently charged with unlawful entry into an occupied structure, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.

Bonds Set at $2K Cash

The following afternoon, June 26, Nace and Peterson were seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood on the charges.

Forwood agreed with the state's recommendation to set both their bonds at $2,000 cash, telling Nace, "The allegations are concerning, not only the fact that you broke into the residence to beat up somebody, but the fact you also (caused) $1900 worth of damage."

Nace and Peterson are scheduled to be back in Circuit Court for their preliminary hearings on Wednesday, July 2, at 10 a.m.

Please remember that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
