Roundabout Work Scheduled to Start Monday

Work on the Converse/19th Street/Pershing Roundabout Project is scheduled to get underway on Monday, April 15th according to acting City Engineer Nathan Beauheim.

He says Pershing will be closed from in front of the Cole Shopping Center to Carbon Avenue, so motorists who normally travel that route will need to make alternative plans

Kaysen Says Hollywood Video Talks ‘In the home stretch”

Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says the city has an agreement in principle with the owners of the former Hollywood Video in Cheyenne, and is closing on a final agreement for the property.

The city wants the property for the Converse/Pershing/19th street roundabout project, and Kaysen says the city has an agreement with the property owners to begin construction work associated with that project on the property, and says the city is also working on easements associated with the project
