Through events like the Wyoming Art for the Cure: A Celebration of Art and Life, the Komen Wyoming Race for the Cure® and PAWS for the Cure, the Wyoming Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® has invested over $2.5 million in local breast health and breast cancer awareness projects in Wyoming. Up to 75 percent of net proceeds generated by the Komen Wyoming Affiliate stay in the state. The remaining income goes to the national Susan G. Komen for the Cure Research & Grants Program for energizing science to find the cures.
