Komen Race for the Cure in Cheyenne Saturday

A sea of pink at the capitol building today for the annual Susan G. Komen " Race for the Cure."  This year's theme was Ignite Courage. Senator and Mrs. Barrasso served as this year's MCs. This year's honorary chair was Dr. Lisa Burton. The New Balance Survivor was Rep. Mary Throne.  Seventy Five percent of the money raised remains in Wyoming to fund needed breast health services, and the remaining 25% goes to research on a national level to fund science aimed at finding a cure for breast cancer.
