Interstate 80 between Laramie and Cheyenne is now open to all traffic in both directions.

The eastbound lanes from Rawlins to Laramie remain closed due to rolling closure but should start opening back up shortly.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Winter conditions and crashes have forced the closure of Interstate 80 between Laramie and Cheyenne.

As of 6:30 a.m., the Wyoming Department of Transportation estimated it would take crews six to eight hours to get the roughly 43-mile stretch back open.
