Three Cheyenne Street Projects Planned This Week

Three Cheyenne street repair projects are slated for Tuesday and Wednesday (Sept. 26-27), weather permitting.

On Tuesday, Sept. 26, Pioneer Avenue between 20th Street and 22nd Street was scheduled to be closed from 8 a.m. until noon. Detours are posted.

Also today, the tunnels on Old Happy Jack Road between Missile Drive and Westland Drive between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Detours will be posted.

On Wednesday, Sept. 27, the intersection of Logan Avenue and Nationway will be under flagger control for street work. Flaggers will be directing traffic for vehicles traveling southbound on Logan Avenue as well as those traveling eastbound on Nationway.

The work is slated to continue between 8 a.m. and noon.
