Much of Southeast Wyoming, Western Nebraska Under Tornado Watch

Much of southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska are under a Tornado Watch until 9 p.m.

"Cities included are Cheyenne, Douglas, Wheatland, Lusk, Torrington, Scottsbluff, Chadron, Alliance, and Sidney," the National Weather Service in Cheyenne said.

A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for severe weather, including large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes, in and close to the watch area.
