The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says severe weather is possible on Sunday, May 18 in southeast Wyoming.

That could include large hail, strong winds, and possibly even a few isolated tornadoes. Snow is also possible at some higher elevations, including Laramie.

There is a conditional threat for severe weather on Sunday, contingent on a stable layer eroding by the mid to late afternoon hours. If storms manage to develop (70% chance), all severe weather hazards will be possible including large hail, strong winds, and isolated tornadoes. Check back for more information on Sunday!
