Have you seen the latest on enforcement of the cell phone ban in Cheyenne? Yes, it seems that the Cheyenne Police Department has been focusing it's enforcement efforts on Dell Range Blvd, issuing some 57 tickets last week to folks using hands-on cell phones. They even have a specialty unit in place to focus on stronger enforcement of the ordinance. The Department is also urging us to use the 'Traffic Complaints' tab on their website to report traffic hazards like cell phone use and texting while driving. Question, Chief Kozak? Does that include complaining about police Officers and City Councilman caught driving and using their cell phones? Seems some of our listeners have been noticing that our cops and councilmen think they are exceptions. Just sayin'. :)
