
UPDATE: Moudy Removed From Laramie County’s ‘Most Wanted’ List
UPDATE:
The Laramie County Sheriff's Office has removed Stephen Moudy from its "Most Wanted" list, just a little more than an hour after adding him.
The department did not provide a reason for Moudy's removal, but the Wyoming Sex Offender Registry lists his status as inactive-incarcerated.
ORIGINAL STORY:
The Laramie County Sheriff's Office has added two new fugitives to its "Most Wanted" list.
Paul Lamphier and Stephen Moudy are now among 10 most wanted fugitives being sought by the department.
Lamphier, who's been on the list before, is being sought on a warrant for allegedly violating his probation in a felony theft case.

Moudy is being sought on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.
The Other 8 Most Wanted Fugitives
The sheriff's office is still looking for these eight most wanted fugitives:
Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Angel King, who was added to the list on Nov. 19, 2024.
Desiree Delaney, who was added to the list on Jan. 8.
Domonique Hernandez-Walker, who was added to the list on June 16.
Jane Felicia and Marissa Hunt, who were added to the list on July 28.
And Joshua Bumford and Jennifer Hood, who were added to the list on Sept. 8.
