Drivers On Converse Avenue May Face Delays Starting On Wednesday

Motorists on Cheyenne's Converse Avenue can expect some delays starting on Wednesday, April 23.

Milling and Repaving Work Will reduce Traffic To One Lane

According to a City of Cheyenne news release, milling and repaving work is slated to get underway on the major Cheyenne travel route on that day.

The project is expected to take about two weeks to complete. During that time, traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction from the Pershing Boulevard roundabout to the Dutcher Baseball Complex.

The release goes on to say "Converse will be fully closed at the roundabout for a few hours Wednesday morning. Traffic will be diverted to Airport Parkway, after which that section will reopen with lane closures in place."
