Downtown Cheyenne Parking Garage is Stuck in the Past…Literally

The next time you're driving past the downtown Cheyenne parking garage on Lincolnway, between Carey and Pioneer, take a good look at the clocks.

They are both, literally, stuck in the past.

There's two clocks on top of the structure at Lincolnway and Carey. One clock, which faces east, is stuck at 11:30. The other clock, which faces south, is stuck at 8:35.

On the bright side, at least the clocks display the correct time twice a day.
