Another fugitive on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list has been captured.

The department in a Facebook post on Thursday morning announced that Gilbert Martinez was recently picked up in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Martinez had been on the list since its re-release on Sept. 29, 2023.

He was being sought on a warrant for failing to comply with his bond conditions on original charges of possession of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and a controlled substance in pill or capsule form.

Britney Breazeale, Akmir Brown, and Shannon Brown, who were added to the list on April 18, 2024.

Informants will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
